CORONAVIRUS COMMITMENT

Pedalworks has a fully-functioning online store so you can continue to support your local economy and purchase bikes and kit using click and collect or home delivery. We can source almost anything, so if you don’t see what you need in-store, call us. Indoor trainers are proving popular.

Our Dunstable store and workshop are open on a ‘Managed Access’ basis. Unlike cafes and other venues, our store isn’t a place where groups congregate. Our small team can serve you safely. To reflect the Government’s Covid-19 guidance, we have introduced a comprehensive set of measures:

• We are asking customers who need advice to book ahead;
• Please bring a mask and wear it in-store – we will do the same;
• All contact points (door handles, counters, point of sale equipment etc) are swabbed daily with sanitizers;
• Staff wash their hands regularly and on entering and leaving the store. We ask customers to use the hand sanitizers provided to do the same;
• Staff will maintain a minimum distance of 2m as recommended, and will ask customers to extend the courtesy to one another – we have supplied navigation and floor markings to help you;
• We will limit the number of customers in-store. In the unlikely event you are asked to queue, please maintain the 2m distance from one another;
• Sorry, but we are unable to offer bike fits or insole fitting at present;
• Vulnerable customers – those over 70 or with underlying health conditions – may request pick-up without entering the store. Simply ring ahead.

Needless to say, our staff will self-isolate as required should they encounter Coronavirus. We trust customers will also strictly observe this guidance.
