With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle Free Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your shopping experience and we will provide a FREE exchange or refund on any item (within the UK), if returned withing 14 days of delivery.

Please insert your proof of purchase into the package and return it to us. If you wish to exchange an item for any reason, the quickest and simplest way to do this is to place a new order for the items that you want and to return the other items for a refund. Please note that it is your responsibility to pay for the return postage costs no postage costs are refundable. We cannot assume responsibility for returned items that are lost in the post. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  • All goods will be inspected upon return
  • Goods can be tried on for sizing but not worn for activity – Please do not wear items next to the skin when trying on for hygiene reasons, shorts MUST be tried on with clean underwear
  • Goods must be returned with all original packaging intact and tags attached within 14 days of purchase. Goods returned with incomplete or damaged packaging or missing or unattached tags may be refused or subject to a restocking fee
  • In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you
  • Goods returned as unused/unworn, that have clearly been worn or washed may be refused
  • Goods returned without a returns form fully completed could delay the process of your return/exchange
  • If you pay for a delivery service, we will not refund the delivery cost unless the item is faulty or the incorrect item has been sent to you

A 500 Series OCLV Carbon frame and fork with rear IsoSpeed, a light, fast and efficient Fazua Evation motor and a 250 Wh battery that assists up to 25 km/h (15.5 mph) in Europe / 32 km/h (20 mph) in New Zealand,. You can easily remove the Fazua drivepack (the battery and motor) from the frame and ride the bike with or without it. Plus, a Fazua controller, 2x11 Shimano Ultegra Di2 electronic drive train, Bontrager Aeolus Pro 3V carbon wheels and hydraulic disc brakes.

Our road-smoothing Domane+ frame paired with a streamlined and efficient electric drive system, plus the precision of Di2 electronic shifting. It's the best of two worlds – a true road bike feel with an additional thrust of power when you want to crush a climb or push yourself to pop off a few more miles.

Extra Product Details

  • Fazua's lightweight drive system adds a punch of power when you need it, but rides and feels like a traditional bike when you don't. You won't feel much drag or resistance when you turn it off or pass the max level of assist. The system is also compatible with a smartphone app to let you check battery status and customise your ride.
  • When your ride doesn't require an extra boost, replace the motor and battery with the storage cover (sold separately) to turn your bike into a regular Domane. You'll also save 2.9 kg in weight.
  • Front and Rear IsoSpeed soak up fatiguing bumps in the road so you can stay stronger longer.
