With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

We want you to be 100% happy with your shopping experience and we will provide a FREE exchange or refund on any item (within the UK), if returned withing 14 days of delivery.

Please insert your proof of purchase into the package and return it to us. If you wish to exchange an item for any reason, the quickest and simplest way to do this is to place a new order for the items that you want and to return the other items for a refund. Please note that it is your responsibility to pay for the return postage costs no postage costs are refundable. We cannot assume responsibility for returned items that are lost in the post. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  • All goods will be inspected upon return
  • Goods can be tried on for sizing but not worn for activity – Please do not wear items next to the skin when trying on for hygiene reasons, shorts MUST be tried on with clean underwear
  • Goods must be returned with all original packaging intact and tags attached within 14 days of purchase. Goods returned with incomplete or damaged packaging or missing or unattached tags may be refused or subject to a restocking fee
  • In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you
  • Goods returned as unused/unworn, that have clearly been worn or washed may be refused
  • Goods returned without a returns form fully completed could delay the process of your return/exchange

The SyncDrive Pro motor gives the new Trance X E+ Pro 29 a massive 80Nm of torque and 360 percent tunable support, all controlled by the new Giant E-bike App. This gives you the freedom to ride trails the way you want to. You can choose full power to ease your pedalling effort or tune it less aggressively to get more of a workout. Featuring 140mm of smooth Maestro suspension travel in the rear, 150mm up front, and progressive frame geometry that’s designed for 29-inch wheels, this is a whole new way to tackle technical singletrack trails. The EnergyPak 625Wh battery is cleanly integrated into the downtube of the lightweight ALUXX SL frame.

SyncDrive Pro motor delivers 80Nm of torque and tunable support ratios up to 360 percent. Smart Assist technology creates smooth pedal assistance that engages instantly when human power is applied, giving you reliable performance on steep climbs and at low speeds.Optimised Maestro suspension for 29-inch wheels with 140mm rear/ 150mm front travel to roll over rough terrain with balance and stability, giving you more momentum for technical climbs and the confidence to fly on fast, rugged singletrack descents.Flip chip lets you change the headtube and seattube angles, along with the bottom bracket height, to fine-tune the handling. You can choose the low position (65.8/76.0 head/seattube angle and 30mm BB drop) for faster, open terrain or high (66.5/76.7 head/seattube angle and 20mm drop) for slower, tighter singletrack.
